About Us:
We are a leading supermarket in Bulawayo seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Room Controller to join our team. As a CCTV Room Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor CCTV cameras and respond promptly to security incidents
– Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the relevant department
– Collaborate with security personnel to prevent and respond to security breaches
– Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide detailed reports
– Work closely with the security team to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
Requirements:
– Education:
– At least 5 Ordinary Level passes
– Certification from a reputable security institution
– Experience:
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
– Experience in retail is an added advantage
– Skills:
– Strong communication and reporting skills
– Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
– Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
