The Opportunity
RAN Mines (Pvt) Ltd is looking for vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Monitors to join our security team. The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems in real-time, analyzing footage, and coordinating timely responses to any suspicious activities or incidents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV footage to detect unusual activities, security threats, or violations

Respond swiftly to alarms and coordinate with security patrol teams

Retrieve and export video footage for evidence and investigation purposes

Maintain logs and records of all incidents and observations

Collaborate with security and management teams to enhance site security

Participate in ongoing training for CCTV systems and emergency response protocols
Qualifications and Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CCTV monitoring or a related security role

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with video surveillance systems

Minimum of 5 O’ Level passes

Strong observational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and reliability

Ability to work independently or in a team
-
No criminal record (background checks will be conducted)

I am currently working at khayah cement under cliff security company as a CCTV operator . And l have two and half years of experience as a CCTV operator ( monitor)
