Vacancy : CASHIER/SHOP ASSISTANT(CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE) X 9 (HARARE X 4, BULAWAYO X 2, KWEKWE X 1, MUTARE X 2 )
The position exists to ensure customer satisfaction through effective execution of retail activities.
Key Performance Areas
- Markets Powertel products and services
- Monitors and reports on performance of products and services
- Ensures customer satisfaction through timeous attendance to customer queries
- Customer experience touch points (retail shops, contact centres etc)
- Develops and updates client database
- Responsible for cashiering and receipting
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned the Supervisor/Management
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma in Marketing/Information Technology/ Sales/Business Studies/Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience
