  • Collecting cash from Council Clinics, Sub-Offices and wards.
  • Balancing receipts allocation forms.
  • Sending receipts through email and WhatsApp to all clients who would have paid through the bank and other online platforms.
  • Keeping safe all cash received and security items issued for use.
  • Updating Council database for ratepayers.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Accounting; a higher qualification will be an added advantage.
  • No criminal record.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related environment.
  • At least 25 years old.
