VACANCY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for consideration to the above-stated vacancy that has risen within the Treasury Department of the Finance and Support Services Division. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash Management
Processing of both foreign and local cash payments
Capturing Sales Office and Cash Office summaries
Receipt, disbursement, and capturing of fuel coupons schedules
Production of weekly, monthly, and budget cash flow statements
Monitoring the banking system, updating bank mandates, and being the Airline’s bank Agent
Preparing of Investments Schedules
Dealing with internal and external auditors
Any other duties as may be delegated by Manager Finance
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Must have a Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in the accounting field
Previous experience as a Cashier is an added advantage
Must be a results-focused person of integrity with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Police clearance is a MUST
