Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Properties & Administration Officer and will be responsible for the following key duties:

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain panel structures, including roofing frames, rafters, and office partitions.
• Design and fit cabinets and shelving, and repair broken office furniture.
• Address roof leaks promptly and effectively.
• Add fixtures and fittings, such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
• Select lumber based on size and strength to meet project requirements.
• Calculate and measure the number of fasteners needed for each task.
• Liaise with customers and collaborate with other construction professionals.
• Paint buildings and varnish repaired furniture.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• National Certificate in Carpentry
• 5 “O” Levels including English Language and Mathematics.
• 2 years proven experience as a Carpenter.
• Class 4 Drivers Licence is an added advantage
