JOB DESCRIPTION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of CARE-TAKER that has arisen in the organisation.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The position exists to maintain the organization’s equipment, furniture, electrical equipment, buildings, and grounds in a good state to maintain a positive image of ZINARA to its stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures the working environment is clean according to occupational health and safety procedures.
- Maintains grounds and premises to enhance the image and presentation of ZINARA workstation.
- Requests for services of the plumber and electrician where required to ensure facilities are operating properly.
- Checks availability of security guards all the time.
- Carries out security checks by ensuring doors are locked after working hours, windows are closed, and electrical switches are off.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 O Level passes including Math and English.
- At least Class 3 Artisan Certificate in Plumbing, Building, Carpentry, Electrical, or any related field.
- 2 years relevant working experience.
