Our client is seeking a practical, hands-on Camp Manager to lead Back of House operations in a remote safari camp environment. This role focuses on logistics, maintenance, stock control, and staff coordination to ensure the camp runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Duties:

• Oversee BOH operations including maintenance, logistics, stock, and administration

• Manage staff allocations, rosters, performance, and daily task execution

• Control ordering, stock takes, reporting, and supplier coordination

• Supervise vehicles, fuel usage, equipment, and camp infrastructure

• Perform or coordinate mechanical and maintenance work, including generators

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong camp or lodge BOH management experience

• Highly organised, reliable, and solutions-driven

• Hands-on with maintenance and mechanical aptitude

• Confident team leader able to work independently
