Vacancy : Cameraman
Job Grade : D1/D2/D3-D3
Reports to Deputy Director Content Development
Duties and Responsibilities
- Caption and Supply video recordings for editorial content, publicity campaigns , social media and other exhibitions
- Maintains a video recordings library
- Supply foreign missions and Zimbabwe missions abroad with relevant videos .
- Compile video albums related to major state visits or national developments/ occassions
- Set up, mount or install cameras.
- Coordinate the development and editing of video recordings
- Provide specifications of video recording equipment and consumables .
- Provide basic servicing of the camera
- Support miscellaneous day to day operations as needed
- Test the camera prior to use to ensure that it is in good working order
Qualifications
- A national Diploma in Photography or City and Guilds Diploma in Photography or equivalent .
- Highly skilled in video editing software
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience .
- Creative, detailed-oriented, organised and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisatiobal skills
Remuneration packages will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates
