Position: Cambridge Biology Teacher (Up to A Level)
Start Date: Term 1, 2026
Eaglesvale Senior School invites applications for the position of Biology Teacher to join our dynamic academic team. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Biology up to A Level and demonstrate excellence in both subject knowledge and classroom practice.
Minimum Qualifications and Attributes

A Diploma in Teaching (or equivalent teaching qualification).

A bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field.

Extensive knowledge and experience with the Cambridge syllabus.

A minimum of four (4) years’ teaching experience, preferably in a private school.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A strong Christian background and values, aligned with the school’s ethos.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful applicant will:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Cambridge curriculum.

Organize, implement, and coordinate student learning programs.
-
Supervise and support students during academic and co-curricular activities.

Perform other duties as may be assigned.
