Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 3 years-experience in similar role.

Summary of Duties
• Sources and negotiates with suppliers.
• Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Conduct research to source the best products and services in terms of best value, delivery and quality
• Ensure the security and sustainability of sources of essential products and services.
• Drafting requests fcr proposals.
• Negotiate and agree on contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, deluding purchase orders, contract negotiations. and supplier relationship management
• Maintaining a list approved of suppliers and to investigate ne# or alternative sources.
• Evaluating suppliers performance.
• Undertake value for money reviews of existing contracts.
• Forecast price trends and them impact on future activities
• Ensuring suppliers are paid on time
• Establishing and maintaining intelligence and record systems
• Produce appropriate reports and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stock outs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in sourcing and procurement practices.
