Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies within the Rural Electrification Agency. Applicants

Duties And Responsibilities
Liaises with State Procurement Board on all issues pertaining to tenders.
Checks on correctness of tender adverts.
Prepares purchase orders.
Monitors contracts with suppliers and periodically checks for consistency with delivery dates.
Maintains supplier database.
Compares quotations and decides who to buy from.
Decides on relevant procurement and processing times to meet defined targets.
Qualifications And Experience
National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or Equivalent.
3 years relevant experience.
Class 4 Drivers Licence.
A good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
Corporate membership of a professional Institution
