Requirements

Strong understanding of value addition within a butchery environment.
Knowledge of meat cuts and their contribution to profitability.
Excellent knife skills (mandatory).
Sound understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Ability to identify opportunities to reduce losses and maximize returns from various cuts.
Commercially minded and innovative, with the ability to think beyond conventional practices.
Ability to train, coach, and upskill blockmen.
Minimum qualification: Five (5) O-Level passes.
