Job Summary
Responsible for documenting business processes and requirements for new or changing products, projects and systems, and help bridge the gap between customer expectations, design and delivery teams.

Duties And Responsibilities
Main Focus Areas
To provide effective support and to ensure the following key duties are performed efficiently and timeously:
• Develop business requirements including stakeholders, functional, non-
functional, and transitional requirements.
• Contribute to business analysis and business design capabilities
development and leadership.

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.

Qualifications And Experience
• Qualifications and Work Experience
• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Project Management or related fields.
• Studying towards a post graduate degree/qualification in Business, Project Management, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years in a Business Analyst Role.
• Should have experience in applying business analysis software
development, project management methodologies and agile frameworks.
