VACANCY
Reports to the Innovation Hub Manager and Research Specialists.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading Business Development projects and activities for the commercialisation and marketing of goods and services in line with the Government’s Heritage-based Education 5.0 philosophy.
Duties include:

Developing and implementing Business Start-up establishment, entrepreneurship, commercialisation and capacity strengthening programmes for the incubation of Start-up projects.

Ensuring successful incubation and graduation of Start-up enterprises.

Developing and maintaining a robust business prospectus for the Innovation Hub and related activities (seminars, workshops, exhibitions, etc.).

Conducting related duties as may be assigned by the Innovation Hub Manager and/or Research Specialists.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of a Master’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant area from an accredited institution.

Experience with interacting with students or record of teaching and learning, and research processes at university level.

Proven track record in product development and/or ability to model and/or grow businesses.

Experience with multidisciplinary collaboration and/or management of partnerships.
