Key Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight of investments, asset management and business development functions.
• Develops and implement long-term investment and sustainability strategies.
• Oversees management and optimization of property portfolios and other institutional assets.
• Ensures sound financial management, budgeting, forecasting and transparent reporting to the Board.
• Identifies and evaluates new investment and business growth opportunities, including feasibility assessments.
• Strengthens stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, financial institutions and internal leadership structures.
• Establishes and maintains robust risk management, compliance and internal control frameworks.
• Builds and leads a high-performance team.

Requirements

• Business related Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification in CFA, ACCA, CIMA (preferred) or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ senior leadership experience in investment management, corporate governance, or business development.
