Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify potential market gaps.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team AND to travel doing field WORK.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
