Sutherland Pastures, a growing fresh produce supplier, is looking for a results-driven Male Business Development Officer aged 28 years and above to join our team to start on the 1st of April 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Market and sell fresh produce to restaurants, supermarkets, lodges, and other businesses
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
- Conduct regular client visits and follow ups
Requirements
- Strictly male candidate 28 years and above
- Proven experience in sales or marketing (experience in food or fresh produce industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Ability to work independently and of sober habits
- Valid driver’s license is a requirement
