PROBFIX (PROBFIX FINANCIAL SERVICES / PROBFIX HOLDINGS) is a registered microfinance institution seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to originate and manage loan facilities ranging from US$10,000 to US$200,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and originate quality loan applications from SMEs and corporates
- Conduct comprehensive credit appraisals including financial analysis, cash flow modelling and risk mitigation
- Prepare high-quality credit appraisal reports with clear recommendations
- Manage the portfolio and cross-sell products to maximize business perf.
- Monitor and follow up on portfolio through site visits and regular reviews
- Ensure compliance with Credit Policy and RBZ regulations
- Form enduring customer relationships and grow an organized referral network
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in lending (SME, corporate, or a related field
- Proven track record originating loans from US$10,000~
- Strong credit analysis and statement f cash flow modeling skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
