Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of Money Transfer Agent (MTA) sales, both inbound and outbound.
- Ensure adequate funding of branches and sub-agents in collaboration with Operations and Compliance teams.
- Identify, onboard, and actively engage sub-agents to expand the network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents and branch teams.
- Promote and grow digital platforms supporting MTA services.
- Address and resolve customer queries related to MTA services in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure availability and effective distribution of marketing materials across branches and sub-agents.
- Develop and implement MTA business strategies to drive performance and growth.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for new agents to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) MTA regulatory requirements.
