DESCRIPTION 

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Business Development Officer to be responsible for the creation, administration, and execution of a comprehensive business development plan and revenue growth initiatives. Coordinate all business development & marketing of the organization’s programs/products that include Diplomas, CPDs, Conferences, and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The above position will be responsible for the following:
Identify new business potential within the region and increase customer base through implementing sales and marketing initiatives.
Leverage product promotion opportunities with key stakeholders.
Creation and updating of marketing materials including flyers for upcoming events, banners, facts sheets, welcome packs, etc.
Ensure revenue targets are achieved as per the strategic plan.
Preparation and administration of quarterly calendar for Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) programs.

Actively market and promote new and existing products.
Developing annual membership plans with key stakeholders and sponsors.
Conducting market research to understand customer needs and develop product innovations that address their needs.
Ensure brand visibility by organizing member-engaging activities, exhibitions, marathons, open days, etc.
Implementation of the company’s marketing plans as needed and coordination of all promotional, marketing, and advertising activities.

Digital Marketing skills and high-level computer skills.

Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or business from a reputable institution.
IMM Diploma is an added advantage.
3-5 years relevant experience.
Valid clean class 4 driver’s license.
