Job Summary

Tsapo Group of companies is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of Business Development Manager who will be overseeing the daily operations for one of its unit specializing in agricultural and construction equipment.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Identify and maintain new contacts and network relevant for business development and project identification.
   2. Develop key strategic consultancy partnership in line with the organisation’s partnership framework.
   3. Assisting the unit to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
   4. Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives.
   5. Setting goals and developing plans for business growth.
   6. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
   7. Coordinating with company executives, sales and marketing professionals to review market trends in order to promote new business ideas and improve revenue.

Qualifications And Experience

1. Master in Business Administration.
   2. Degree in Marketing Management or Business Studies.
   3. Strong background in business development and management.
   4. Technical appreciation of agricultural and construction equipment is an added advantage.
   5. At least 5 years’ experience in senior management position.
   6. A clean class 4 Driver’s licence.
