Business Development Manager – Digital Services

• Determines suitable product-market- technology combination so as to appropriate business model for successful introduction of new digital business
• Identifies opportunities for exploiting and managing new and fast technologies to develop new business for the organisation.
• Designs business models to exploit opportunities presented by new technologies (markets, etc.)
• Explores opportunities for new business presented by changing value chain systems
• Improves Digital Services business by generating new prospects through market development, Or a shift in the company’s overall business operations.
• Identifies and determine new opportunities for developing long term relationships with existing and new customers.

• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcement with a view to explore potential partnerships and new business opportunities to improve and grow the Digital Services business.
• Leads the staff in the division to ensure they remain focused on the key deliverables.
• Identifies training and development needs of subordinates and facilitate multi-skilling.
• Budgets planning, resource allocation, and schedule implementation of programmes an, activities.
• Complete all related tasks as required.

Qualifications/Experience 

• Business Management / Social Science Degree.
• MBA / MK Degree is an added advantage.
• 5 years’ experience In commercial activities of the business Competencies
• Strong business acumen, management and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with employees and stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into action.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Be able to manage complex systems including, systems integration across the enterprise.
