Business Development Manager – iGo

Job Summary

Cimas Health Group’s purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas is searching for a Business Development Manager – iGo to join the organization and develop the iGo brand and ensure it serves Cimas members and the community in line with Cimas strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing Cimas membership information, identifying key market segments and clients within Cimas who would benefit from the iGo products and approach.
• Proposing development plans (short and long term) for the advertising and marketing of iGo.
• Engaging with value partners to promote wellness dimensions and behaviour change by offering discounts or similar.
• Operationalising the partnerships in line with the agreed standard operatingprocedures.
• Planning and facilitating mass marketing activities including the preparation of marketing briefs and execution of activations, events, expos to create awareness around the iGo products.
• Researching and analysing best practice of iGo and Wellness Products and Services.

Key Competencies

The ideal candidate should be able to manage and develop staff. Clear verbal and
written communication and ability to prepare accurate reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management / Marketing
• Member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development.
