Job Summary
Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal
and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue
generation and long –term account goals in line with the company’s vision and values.
While the position reports to the Chief Executive Officer, It will work closely with the
Operation Manager to ensure that the department’s effort is complimented in pursuit of
the attainment of the company’s mission goals.
Duties And Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales of the security services tailored exclusively to the
client’s needs.
Develops annual business plan in conjunction with the Operations Manager,
which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on
meeting or exceeding sales quota.
Implementation of the company’s marketing plans as needed.
Coordinate’s all promotional, marketing and advertising activities
Effectively attending conferences and trade shows
Liaising between company and the customers for up to date conditions on
pricing, servicing and latest product release launches.
Generating and developing new accounts in order to increase revenue, through
various prescribed means
Keep the company up to date with developments in digital marketing
Review new technologies
Be in charge of the development of social media and company website
Plan and manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns to adequately
promote the company’s products and services
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Efficiently implement any systems which serve to enhance and improve the
effectiveness of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015.
Qualifications And Experience
Professional Degree in Business or Marketing from a reputable Institution.
IMM Diploma an added advantage.
Clean Class 4 driver’s license.
5 years relevant experience in a reputable services organization.
Security services experience desirable.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Social media marketing expertise
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
