Job Summary
This position is a critical Executive role that will provide leadership to the company’s support services to ensure that the company’s governance, loss control and health services standards are maintained.

Duties And Responsibilities
Streamline and restructure the Health Services division to align to the company’s one company concept and effective manpower rationalisation and utilisation.
Review and assess the current loss control philosophy and practices and recommend improvements as necessary.
Provide leadership to the SHE department by ensuring that essential policies and procedures are timeously developed, approved and implemented.
Qualifications And Experience
• Master of Business Administration degree in addition to a Bachelor of Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent. CA qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years in a senior management position with high levels of exposure to good corporate governance.
• High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
• Astute, articulate, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
• Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
