NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit a highly motivated, outstanding and results oriented individual to fill the following position.

RESPONSIBILITY
The incumbent shall be responsible to the Head IT Infrastructure and Application Support.

KEY JOB PURPOSE
To lead and manage business applications support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues to support efficient business processes.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plans and design Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA);
2. Creates access controls, authentication, and data encryption for data protection;
3. Plans the structure, storage, and retrieval mechanisms for data within the applications;
4. Evaluates and implements Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions to streamline and automate data sharing and business processes across applications;
5. Configures and customises applications to meet specific business requirements;
6. Deploys and rolls out applications to end-users, thus ERP and other business applications systems;
7. Documents changes, incidents, resolutions, and enhancements made to the business applications;
8. Shares documents with stakeholders through appropriate platforms, such as a document management system
or collaboration tool;
1. Develops training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing the business applications;
2. Implements document governance practices to ensure document accuracy, relevance, and timeliness;
3. Conducts feasibility studies, assessing implementation costs, and evaluating the compatibility of new technologies with existing infrastructure;
4. Implements and enforces policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
5. Collaborates with compliance and audit teams to conduct regular assessments, address any findings, and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
6. Enforces change management processes;
7. Adheres to Incident Response reports and Business Continuity Plans.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
⦁ First Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
⦁ Minimum of Four (4) years relevant experience;
⦁ Mobile Telecommunication experience will be an added advantage.
