The Person

Do you have the unique combination of IT and Business Analyst qualifications, and experience in both? Have you some strategic level experience of not less than five years with business process analysis whose outcomes feed into and inform the technology needs for the business? Have you some experience with ERP Systems in so far as they respond to and support the business process architecture and processes? You could be the person we are looking for.

Our Business

We are a fashion house running mainly two fashion retail chains. Our fashion value chain encompasses Merchandise Planning, Styling and Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Shipping & Distribution, Retailing and Credit. The highest level of integration of these seemingly disparate processes – all ultimately interfacing with the general ledger, is invaluable for us. Potential applicants and consultancy proposers should keep this as top of mind.

Our Project & Our Proposition

We require professional support along the said lines for our next IT project which will entail:

• Evaluating current business processes against organisational strategic direction
• Evaluating current IT Systems that support the current business processes against the desired organisational direction
• Identifying business processes that need to be improved or re-engineered
• Identifying gaps in the current systems that will need to be closed, and
• Ultimately produce an incisive report that will detail the requirements for an IT System(s) that will meet the recommended business processes.

We are flexible on the arrangement – come to us as an independent Consultant or Fixed Term employee. We will also discuss mutually agreeable win-win terms, provided they deliver on our present needs.

While offsite work is very much possible, the ideal person for us will need to spend lots of time onsite at our Bulawayo premises.
