You must be motivated to unlock growth for small businesses in emerging markets. Currently working with various small businesses will provide you with an added advantage.

Your typical responsibilities
To be unstoppable in your role, we require both your technical and soft skills to be top-notch advisor to blend with the rest of the #DreamTeam we are developing.

For Kupfuma

· Sign up small businesses on our Kupfuma Application as per your KPI.

· Convert SMEs into subscribers to our premium services as per your KPI.

· Undertake due diligence on the SMEs applying for funding.

· Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking your allocated SME portfolio activities.

· Produce monthly country reports.

For SMEs

· Onboard the respective SMEs on our platform.

· Assess and train small businesses on how to use our Kupfuma Application.

· Assist SMEs to assess their analytics and come up with strategic business advice.

· Help SMEs track their revenue and expenses on our platform.

· Help SMEs build their Asset Register, Income Statements, and Balance Sheet.

· Explain how our funding model works and assist the SMEs in making their applications.

· Share important market intelligence notes with SMEs.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum of a bachelor’s in commerce from a reputable university.

2. Passion to work with small businesses will be an added advantage.

3. Entrepreneurship experience even at a personal level will set you apart.

4. Ability to travel to different cities and towns within Zimbabwe and other African countries.

5. Flexibility in easily understanding how business is done in other African countries.

6. Based in Zimbabwe, Harare.
