• Should be passionate about holistic formation of young people
• Strict adherence and observance of Child Safeguarding tenets
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to nurture and sustain winning teams
• Excellent strategic thinker who believes in systems thinking
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work with minimum supervision
• Must be computer literate
• Diploma/ certificate in Vocational education (majoring in Building)
• Relevant degree in Education or related field is an added advantage
• Five years’ experience in the related field
