DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

• Lead Generation

• Cold calling

• Canvassing (door to door)

• Sourcing of Partnerships and Collaborations

• Networking and managing external events

• New and building up sales leads

• Ongoing learning and acquisition of product knowledge (e-learning assessments, attendance at scheduled classes/internal training)

• Attend business development training sessions

• Attend and participate in morning team meetings

• Submit weekly performance and sales feedback (every Friday)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

 

• Post Matric tertiary qualifications (Bachelor degree such as Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting, Business Accounting, Business Informatics, Enterprise Risk Management Insurance & Risk Management, Bachelor of Accountancy or Bachelor of Business Administration)

• Windows/related drivers license

• Must be proactive problem solver, resilient under pressure

• Entrepreneurial skills

• Able to work independently (self-starter)

• Face to face engagement skill

• Must have clear credit and criminal record
