What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

• Digital Marketing / Analytics / CIM / HubSpot / Google Ads certification

• Proven experience leading marketing teams and growth initiatives

• Strong digital & performance marketing skills with clear ROI results

• Experience managing customer lifecycle, retention or CX programs

• Confident engaging C-level stakeholders

• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
