A well-established organisation in the financial services sector is looking for motivated and organised Brand Ambassadors. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various channels. You will work closely with the sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives. To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and networking skills. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or a similar role is desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles. The positions are based in the below listed District Offices in Harare. Successful incumbents will be responsible for going out to sell the products in the neighborhood. Training will be provided.
Candidates will be hired from the following Districts:
Marlborough, Mt. Pleasant, Borrowdale, Belvedere, Mabvuku, Tafara, Hatfield, Waterfalls.
Rowan Martin, Remebrance, Mbare Hostels, Highfield West, Highfield South, Glen View, Budiriro 1, Mufakose, Dzivarasekwa, Warren Park, Mabelreign
Brand Ambassador Duties and Responsibilities:
· Familiarising yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
· Field sales and marketing of the products in the relevant district
· Educating customers about products
· Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times
· Reporting to the Insurance Agent for the District
Brand Ambassadors Requirements and Qualifications:
· A-level is a minimum requirement.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (advantageous).
· Prior experience in a customer service environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
· Adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
· Well groomed
· Prior sales experience a plus
· Insurance knowledge / Experience will be an added advantage.

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract. The incumbent will be remunerated on a commission basis.
