Key Responsibilities
- Promoting and marketing the banking products and services to customers
- Educating customers on how to use the banking mobile application and wallet services
- Assisting customers with account registration and onboarding
- Demonstrating services such as money transfers, bill payments, airtime purchase, and merchant payments
- Increasing customer awareness and driving product adoption in assigned areas
- Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly customer acquisition targets
- Collecting customer feedback and reporting market trends to management
- Resolving basic customer queries and escalating complex issues where necessary
- Ensuring professionalism and representing the brand positively at all times
- Preparing daily activity and performance reports
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 O’Level passes including English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and marketing ability
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Good understanding of mobile money and digital financial services
- Confidence in approaching and engaging people
- Target-driven and energetic personality
- Basic smartphone and digital literacy
