Staysun Investments (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and results-driven individuals to fill four (4) Branch Supervisor at its retail, restaurant, butchery, and sports bars outlets. Successful candidates will oversee all branch operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service. He/she will be reporting to the senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations: sales, inventory, cash handling, and staff coordination
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule branch staff
- Maintain optimal stock levels and liaise with Procurement for replenishments
- Enforce loss control, health and safety, and hygiene standards
- Resolve customer complaints and uphold service excellence
- Submit daily reports and ensure compliance with internal controls
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Retail, Accounting, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an FMCG or retail setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting
- Honest, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
