The Branch Supervisor will oversee branch operations and drive overall efficiency and profitability
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support branch sales activities to achieve the monthly sales targets
- Implement branch marketing activities, promotions, and merchandising standards to maintain a professional branch image.
- Oversee customer service and coordinate deliveries to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor expenses, discounts, cash handling, and debtor levels to maintain profitability and enforce financial discipline.
- Supervise stock ordering, transfers, stock counts, and inventory reporting to ensure accurate stock records to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing Management or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in Branch Supervision, Retail management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Pastel Accounting is an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of operational and administrative controls.
