Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure targets are achieved.
- Mobilize and manage loans and savings portfolio growth.
- Ensure timely loan disbursements and recoveries.
- Monitor portfolio quality and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead, coach and motivate branch staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in microfinance (supervisory experience is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of microfinance operations and regulations in Zimbabwe.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in line with branch needs.
- Must be a Zimbabwean citizen.
- Clean criminal record.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
