The client needs an energetic, hands-on Branch Supervisor who leads from the front, keeps the team motivated and makes sure every customer enjoys fast, friendly and consistent service. You will run the smooth and profitable operation of your branch, from opening preparations and team briefings to stock control and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: brief the team, allocate duties, and coach and motivate front-of-house, kitchen and cleaning staff.
  • Customer Service: fast, accurate, fresh and well-presented orders, with concerns resolved quickly.
  • Food Quality: consistent portioning, presentation and menu availability, so every plate meets our standard.
  • Hygiene & Safety: cleanliness, food safety, cleaning schedules and equipment checks, with maintenance issues raised promptly.
  • Stock & Cash Control: stock levels, till balances, usage and wastage, checked and recorded every shift.
  • Shift Operations: opening and closing, handover records and company procedures, in support of sales, service and cost targets.

Requirements

  • Requirements: at least 5 O-Levels, including English and Mathematics.
  • Qualified: a Hotel & Catering Certificate/Diploma or other hospitality qualification is an advantage.
  • Experienced: supervisory experience in a restaurant, fast-food outlet, café or busy customer-service setting preferred.
  • Technically Sound: good grasp of food safety, hygiene, stock control and cash-up procedures.
  • Leader: strong people-management and communication skills, calm and practical under pressure.
  • Flexible: comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
