Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Branch Manager, which has arisen in the Operations Department.
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the successful applicant will, among other key aspects, be responsible for:
- Volume, tumover and PBT targets achievement monthly
- Implementing & executing agreed sales action plans and exceeding top line growth
- Achieving >95% compliance & audit rating at all times
- Managing & achieving 100% balance on stock and cash resources
- Branch costs management within budget
- Human Capital development and management
- 100% product availability instore on all lines and categories
The Person
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
- Business related degree
- At least 3 – 5 years proven working experience in an FMCG wholesale environment
- Self starter
- Strong sales, analytical and people management skills
