Our client in the tyre retail and service sector is seeking a professional to run and drive the retail outlet’s commercial performance, maximising profit, efficiency, and customer relationships through strong sales, service, and team leadership.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives sales by achieving sales targets for tyres, associated store products and services.

• Customer Relationship Management including post-service follow-ups and resolving complaints to build loyal customer relationships.

• Manages the day-to-day workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Works within allocated budgets, manages controllable expenses (e.g., payroll, supplies, maintenance), and identifies cost-saving measures.

• Identifies, recruits, and hires qualified staff, including Sales, Store Administrator, Storeman and Tyre technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Marketing or related field.

• Valid Driver’s Licence.

• 5 to 7 years working experience in the retail sector.

• Working experience in a cross-cultural or international environments
