Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business Unit for a Branch Manager – Masvingo. Qualified and experienced candidates with a proven record of managing a branch are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate shall be expected to manage branch operations
Duties and Responsibilities
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Develops, implements and monitors Branch Sales & Distribution initiatives
• Networking and relationship building
• Drive business growth .
• Identifies opportunities for new products and services
2. BRANCH BUDGETS
• Analyze and interpret MIS reports .
• Yearly, monthly and weekly sales activity planning for the branch.
• Monitoring branch performance.
3. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT
• Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Customer Relationship management.
• Promote adoption of digital channels by customers.
4. RISK MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL CONTROLS
• Ensures conformance of branch staff to processes ,procedures and service levels
• Management of credit and operational risk.
5. SUPERVISION OF STAFF
6 REPORTING
• Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports on branch performance
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Banking & Finance , Economics or related Business degree
Possession of a Clean driver’s licence ( Two years older)
3 years experience in branch management (banking sector) or business development
