BRANCH CLERK
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above vacancy that
Responding to the Branch Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following
Preparing accurate funeral service quotations for clients.
Assisting walk-in clients with new policies and facilitating upgrades for existing policies.
Receiving and vetting stop order forms from Sales Agents on a daily basis.
Receipting premiums for Individual Business and Funeral Services in line with set procedures.
Compliing daily reconciliations for individual business transactions.
Organising funeral service activities to ensure seamless and dignified delivery.
Monitoring mortuary housekeeping and health a safety making sure that standards are maintained.
Maintaining accurate asset registers and ensuring that all client records are properly updated and
The idea/ candidate must possess the following:
Diploma in Administration
Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage
1 year experience as a Funeral Consultant.
Clean Class 4 driver’s license
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Report writing skills
