Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily boarding routines, ensuring punctuality, discipline, and adherence to school policies.
- Provide pastoral care, guidance, and mentorship to boarding students.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and welfare standards within the boarding house.
- Coordinate evening study sessions, recreational activities, and weekend programs.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and administration regarding student welfare.
- Uphold the school’s Christian ethos and values in all boarding activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Education, Sports Science, Social Work, or related field.
- Prior experience in student supervision, boarding management, or youth mentorship.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Additional skill certification/experience (sports, repairs and maintenance, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- To maximize productivity during school hours when students are in class, the Boarding Master must possess at least one additional skill area, such as:
- Sports Training & Coaching – lead sports programs, fitness sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Repairs & Maintenance – assist with minor facility upkeep, inspections, and reporting maintenance needs.
