Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidates should have an education related Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution, with 2-5 years’experience as a boarding master or matron at a private school.

The ideal candidate should have the following key skills;

• A warm and sympathetic personality.

-Tact and good listening skills.

• The ability to deal with emergencies calmly
• Excellent communication and ’people’ skills.

-The ability to work in a team.

• Patience and a sense of humour
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to monitor potential health or development problems in children
• Behavioural analysis
