A beverage manufacturing company based in Bulawayo is looking for a qualified and experienced Blow Moulder Machine Operator to join their Production Team.

Duties And Responsibilities
1. Operate blow moulding machines.
2. Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects on standards. Monitor product for any quality issues.
3. Accurately track production and rejects on production form.
4. Verify that equipment is operating properly. Notify maintenance and supervisor if there are issues.
5. Adhere to all safety practices.
6. Participate and support lean activities.
7. Get the proper material to the required machines in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
8. Operate hot stamp machines.
9. Operate sonic welders, handle back-up install.
10. Work areas must be kept free and clear of trash or any items which are not necessary to perform assignment.
11. Keep fixture/mould/tooling rack areas clean and organized.
12. Re-grind unacceptable parts.
13. Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on blow moulding and auxiliary equipment.
14. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Experience
• National Certificate or Diploma in Machine-shop Fitting and Turning/Electrical/ Instrumentation.
• At least 2 years’ hands on experience in an FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of PET blow moulding is a MUST.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver excellent results
