• Attend to pensioner queries.

• Assess life certificates by verifying I.D documents against presenter records to confirm the legitimacy of claimants, ensure accuracy of documentation and prevent fraud.

• Capture and update life certificates in the system.

Qualifying Requirements

• A Degree in Pensions Management, Social Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.

• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

• Understanding of governing statutes.

• Good computation skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
