BARTENDER FOR A LIQUOR SHOP
Responsible for making quality beverages, and forming good customer relations.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Welcoming and engaging customers to determine their beverage preferences, and making recommendations.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to test to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Assisting in ordering supplies to ensure the store is well stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Maintaining a clean work and sitting area
• Developing new cocktail recipes.
Qualifications And Experience
• Certificate / Diploma in Food and Nutrition / Beverages / Hospitality or relevant qualification
• 3 years experience in a busy liquor outlet
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Energetic and able to multi-task
