Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s banking portfolio and day-to-day banking operations.
- Oversee all foreign exchange administration activities, including foreign currency settlements, conversions, remittances, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all foreign exchange regulations, directives, and reporting requirements issued by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) and other regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with commercial banks and regulatory institutions.
- Monitor foreign exchange transactions and identify potential compliance or operational risks.
- Provide guidance and support to internal departments on banking procedures, foreign currency management, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare banking and foreign exchange reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Banking, Treasury Management, Finance, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in foreign exchange administration, banking operations, treasury, or financial management.
