Brand Masters is seeking detail-oriented Bakery Clerks who thrive in structured environments and understand the importance of “system controls, checks, and balances”. This role goes beyond customer service-it is about safeguarding the bakery’s operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and upholding standards that protect both our customers and our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational checks to ensure compliance with bakery procedures.
- Monitor inventory systems, reconcile stock, and flag discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and support financial accountability.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing internal controls across sales and production.
- Support audit readiness by keeping documentation organized and up to date.
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to operational protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with compliance, record-keeping, or system monitoring.
- Ability to follow structured processes and enforce checks and balances.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
