Job Summary
Bakery Assistant reports to his/her supervisor in the performance of duties to be completed in the manufacturing of different baking products.
Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe work space;
Follow standardized recipes for all products;
Keep daily production records, noting leftovers, product baked, weather, day of
the week and date
Be comfortable with volume production using commercial equipment.
Qualifications And Experience
4 O levels including english/ studying towards a culinary qualification will be an added advantage
No previous experience needed.
